When an agency invites you to a private bid, the system sends out a notification to vendors specifically invited once the bid is made public. Regardless of whether you use the BidSync Classic Links/LinksPlus system or the new Periscope Supplier to Government (S2G) system, the email notification contains a link to the bid, which is the simplest way to locate and access it. The notification will have text similar to the example below. Click on the provided link in the email and log in as prompted:
If you log into the site and for any reason aren't able to locate the bid, please reach out to Customer Support at 800-990-9339 (option 1 and then option 1 again). We will be able to provide you with a direct link to the bid, regardless of which system you are registered in.
