How do I reset my password?

If a user needs to recover either their username or password, they can do so by following the instructions below:

To reset a password:

1. From the login page, click the Forgot password? link:
   
   

   
   
   

2. Enter the username and zip code and click continue:
   
   

   
   
   

3. A confirmation page will display letting the user know that the password has been reset on their account, the temporary password will be sent to the user's email address on file:
   
   

   
   
   

To recover the username on the account, follow the instructions below:

1. From the login page, click the Forgot username? link:
   
   

   
   
   

2. Enter in the email address and zip code and click Continue.
   
   
3. A confirmation email will be sent to the user's email address on file containing the username reminder for the account.
