February Release

We are excited to announce system improvements for the month of February for our BidSync Links product. Notable enhancements in this release include:

Updates to the agency coverage map to include all Periscope agencies, BidSync Agencies and the most recent list of government agencies from the United States Census Bureau. This map will help customers better understand the difference in coverage between the Links and the Links PLUS memberships.

We will now also be collecting sales tax for digital sales in the following states:

  • California
  • Texas
  • Connecticut
  • Arizona
  • New York

We’re continuing to work hard on improvements to BidSync SourceTM. As part of this month’s release (scheduled for Thursday, February 4, 2016, at 9:00 pm MT), we have made notable enhancements that include the ability to:

  • Notify vendors when placing an offer that they are placing a “No Bid” if they skip a line item.
  • We have created an admin setting that prompts end users to copy the bid number when copying a bid.
  • We have added functionality for agencies to download vendor qualification responses in a zip file.
