In the case of a private bid released by your agency, you many receive calls from vendors stating they are unable to access or locate your bid. There are a few reasons why this could happen.
1. The vendor is logging into the wrong account.
Fix: By having the vendor contact Support, we can verify that they are logging into the correct account and ensure that they are able to locate the bid.
2. The agency invited a Quick Add account.
Fix: By having the vendor contact Support, we can merge the invited Quick Add into the registered account. Once the merge has been completed, the vendor will be able to log in as normal and locate the bid.
