Why can’t my vendors access my private bid?

In the case of a private bid released by your agency, you many receive calls from vendors stating they are unable to access or locate your bid. There are a few reasons why this could happen.

1.   The vendor is logging into the wrong account.

Fix: By having the vendor contact BidSync, we can verify that they are logging into the correct account and ensure that they are able to locate the bid.

2.   The agency invited a Quick Ad account.

Fix: By having the vendor contact BidSync, we can merge the Quick Ad into the registered account. Once the merge has been completed, the vendor will be able to locate the bid.
